Migrate from GeoOp to FieldOp

A short, hands-off migration process. You export (or we extract), we map and import, you verify — then you're live.

The 4-step migration

  1. Export / we extract. You run the GeoOp export from your account, or grant us temporary access to pull it. We accept CSV, ZIP or direct API extracts.
  2. We map. Our team maps GeoOp entities to FieldOp — clients, sites, jobs, custom fields, staff, photos. You review the mapping before anything is imported.
  3. We import. Data lands in a staging tenant so you can walk through it before go-live. Photos and attachments are re-hosted in FieldOp storage.
  4. You verify and go live. You spot-check records, we cut over on your chosen date, and your team logs in the next morning.

What carries over

  • Clients and sites (with addresses and contacts)
  • Jobs, notes, custom fields
  • Photos and file attachments
  • Staff records and roles
  • Invoice history as a read-only archive (where the export supports it)

Typical timeline

Small tenants (under 500 jobs): 3–5 business days end to end. Medium tenants: 1–2 weeks. Large tenants with heavy photo archives or complex custom fields: we quote a timeline after seeing the export.
