PPM software that runs your maintenance contracts for you
Contracts, assets, frequencies, and auto-generated visits — with a compliance record on every asset. Built for commercial plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire and building services teams.
What PPM actually is
PPM — Programmed Preventative Maintenance — is scheduled, recurring service on assets. Instead of waiting for a chiller to fail or a backflow device to lapse its test date, you plan the visits ahead of time under a contract, complete them on frequency, and produce a compliance record for each one.
It's how commercial facilities managers expect their trades to operate. Without a real PPM model, you end up faking it with recurring calendar jobs and spreadsheets.
How FieldOp models PPM
- Contract — a client agreement covering a set of sites and assets.
- Assets — the actual equipment being maintained (TMVs, RPZDs, chillers, panels).
- Frequencies — per-asset schedules (quarterly, six-monthly, annual).
- Auto-generated visits — FieldOp creates the jobs and puts them on the schedule.
- Service history — every visit lands on the asset, with forms, photos and signatures.
- Compliance evidence — branded PDF reports go straight to the facilities manager, with approval tracking.
Who it's for
- Commercial plumbing (backflow, TMV, hot water)
- Commercial HVAC and mechanical services
- Commercial electrical, fire and building services teams
What you stop doing
No more spreadsheets tracking test dates. No more digging through job notes to find last year's readings. No more emailing the client to ask "did you get the report?" — you see when they opened it.
