Frequently asked questions

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and follow the email link. The reset link expires after 1 hour for security.

How do I add a staff member?

Sign in as an admin, go to Settings → Staff, and tap "Add staff member". They will receive an invitation email.

How do I get the iOS app?

The FieldOp iOS app is available from the App Store. Search for "FieldOp" or contact us for the direct link.

How do I turn notifications on or off?

On iOS, open Settings → FieldOp → Notifications. In the app, you can control which events trigger notifications under Settings → Notifications.

Where is my data stored?

FieldOp uses Supabase for database hosting, which currently runs on AWS infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@fieldop.com.au from your account email with the subject "Delete my account" and we will action it within 7 days.

Is FieldOp available outside Australia?

The web app works worldwide. The iOS app is available in App Store regions we have enabled — currently Australia, with more regions planned.
